Yuma Foothills, AZ.
We are selling our 2014 Avalanche 5th wheel. We bought this new in Arizona in 2014 to stay in while working a temporary job in California. We lived in it for about a year and a half, and since then it has been mostly parked, though we’ve taken it on a couple trips. It hasn’t traveled that much, out to the LA area to live in, back to AZ where we live now, up to Oregon for a trip, then back to AZ. It pulls well with a 13,500 dry weight rating. I’ve used a one-ton and currently have an F450 to pull it with.
This trailer has a master bed and full bath in the upstairs part, living/dining/kitchen in the middle, and a bunk room with half bath in the rear. The bunk room has 3 single bunks and a hide-a-bed. The couch in the living room is not a hide-a-bed, but the two seats recline far enough to sleep in. The trailer has 2 A/C’s, one one in the master and one in the bunk room. Both can run while plugged into 50 amp power. It has 3 TV’s inside and is wired for one in the outdoor kitchen but it didn’t come with a TV and we never put one in. We also put a new mattress in the master, which is not new anymore but is better than the piece of foam that came in it. It also came with an RV king size but we went with a queen to allow more room to get around. There are washer/dryer hookups in the master closet, but we’ve never used them.
After having it for about a year, we took it back to the dealership to have a few things fixed before the one year warranty ran out, and we just got it out of the shop last month where they resealed areas on the roof (not a complete redo), fixed a couple broken parts and went through the waste water system. I put new tires on it about a year ago before the trip to Oregon, but they’re still 95% and they haven’t been on long enough to rot in the AZ heat. The new tires are 14-ply Geostar G574’s on 8 lug wheels. We also replaced the slide out rubber on the top and sides of the slides. Everything else is as it came with the RV, and everything is in working order.
This RV has a little wear and tear as expected for a five year old trailer, but it has been well taken care of. No smoking and no pets. The front sticker is faded (as with other avalanches of this year) but the side decals are in good shape still.
Email or text with questions, calling is okay to but it might take longer to respond. Delivery can be arranged after full payment of trailer, price depending on distance.
