We bought it in July 2019 from Camping World In Idaho falls when we had our daughter and lived in it for 4 months before I switched jobs. The trailer has been sitting unused since then. The trailer is clean and perfect for

Living in or camping.

It has a king size bed up in the main bedroom. With a big closet, dresser, washer and dryer hook ups in a separate closet, and a tv. It has a good sized bathroom with lots of storage. A nice shower with a 20 gallon hot water heater, you won’t run out of hot water like most trailers. The kitchen has a lot of storage and a residential sized fridge. It has a nice island with a double sink and a dining table that seats 4. The living room has a leather reclining loveseat with center storage and cup holders. There’s also a pull out bed sofa on the back wall. It’s not in the pictures because we took it out to put my daughters crib there but we have it in storage and are putting it back in. There’s a built in fireplace under a mounted tv with surround sound with speakers that go up to the bedroom and outside.

Outside of the trailer it has a big storage compartment that can be accessed from either side and another large storage bin in the front by the landing gear. There’s a power awning in perfect condition. Hydraulic front landing gear with rear power stabilizing jacks. You can run the jacks and slide outs from a remote or from the control cabinet. It has a battery disconnect switch to keep the batteries fresh when the trailers not in use.

The trailer has 3 slide outs. 2 big slides in the kitchen and living room and another one in the bed room. It has 2 air conditioners, one in the kitchen/living space and one in the bedroom.

Purchased custom vinyl skirting to wrap around the base of the trailer.

I’ll include my Anderson fifth wheel hitch. It attaches onto the gooseneck ball and is light enough you can take in and out of the truck bed without a sweat.

The trailer does have a small ding on the back driver side from the previous owner but doesn’t affect the trailers integrity at all. When I bought the trailer I got the 5 year extended warranty from camping world so I’m sure that warranty will transfer over and still has 3.5 years left.
