We bought this 1995 Rexhall RV in 2020 with the intention of renovating it and to use it for family vacations. We have only used it 2x and now it’s now up for sale. We have put thousands of hours and dollars into this project and would like it to be appreciated and used by its next owner. We have the title in hand. We have also outfitted it with new 1,000 watts of Solar Panels, 2 back up batteries and 60amp digital wifi charge controller to prevent over charge. They power everything on it except the A/C. It has 31,000 miles.

Here is a list of the custom upgrades done:

Interior: New Custom uphostery for all seasons and padding on 2 captains charis, pull out sofa bed, recliner, dining table. New Vinyl plank flooring with thermal padding. All new LED Recessed lights front and back with separate dimmer switches. New LED reading lights with built in USB chargers. All Cabinets are painted white and new nickel plated handles. New 24" 4K TV with sound bar and subwoofer for Netflix or Sports.

Kitchen: New Quartz counter top with large under mount deep sink, new faucet with detachable sprayer. 4 burner gas cook top and oven, microwave/ convection oven. Large refrigerator and freezer.

New sun blocking shades on all windows and some curtains. New front windshield black out curtain. New water heater, tested but never used.

New bathroom Quartz top with new sink, faucet and and swing out magnifying vanity mirror. New full sized premium mattress, only used 2x. (not an RV mattress, its thick). Shower stall has new epoxy all white and new shower head.

Rooftop 200 Watt each solar panels with 2 storage batteries (1000 watts total), new 60amp digital wifi charge controller.

Working generator for boon-docking, (runs A/C if no hook ups). New main side door keypad lock with remotes. New motor on entry steps, painted steps with anti slip grip tape. New Large awning for shade.

Suspension: All new front and rear shocks, All new front and rear airbags, New steering stabilizer for handling (hwy 70 mph comfortably.) Sound deadening for engine shroud compartment, New plugs, wires, rotor and cap, air filter, oil change, RV size front cab battery.

Rooftop: Painted with white polymer plastic heat reflective coating, 5 solar panels, 1 new vent cover.

This RV is ready to go! It does have a windshield crack localized to the front driver's window. (Out of drivers viewing area.)
