The 2018 Grand Design Solitude 310GK is a luxurious fifth wheel trailer that is perfect for those looking for a comfortable and spacious RV experience. Why should you buy our RV? Since we have lived full-time for 8 months in it, we have made many improvements. We have added many shelves and racks, added 2 new lithium ion batteries, upgraded wiring and some circuit breakers so you will have no problems. After buying this RV, we discovered a soft spot in the roof. The roof never leaked, we discovered while we scrubbed roof. We had a complete new roof installed.(over $11,000.00 !!) While that was being done we also installed a new convection/micro oven as well as a new residential refrigerator and new 2000 watt inverter. Also had other odds and ends done, total bill was over $19,000, and yes we have paper work to verify work was done less than 6 months ago. In addition also installed a new Samsung smart TV, and a soft water conditioner. There are no plumbing leaks (we fixed them), air conditioners serviced in June, wheel bearings repacked in June, tires are in good condition. Window treatments in excellent working condition. Convertible sleeper couch is in storage but will convey. Hundreds of dollars worth of electrical cords (50 amp) and adapters also convey. Why are we selling? This RV was bought to facilitate a cross-country move closer to grandchildren. We close on a house in November, so no longer needed.I paid $40,500. in February 2023 and have put $23,000+ in upgrades and repairs.
