We have a 2018 Highland Ridge travel trailer that is in good shape and looking for a new Home. It has normal were and tear. It is currently still winterized. We do owe on this trailer so after purchase it will take a couple of weeks to get a Title to you. The trailer includes a travel waste tank, pull-out supports, and waste tubing.There are 2 issues that are easy to repair. The first is the linoleum was too long and curved up when the pullouts were brought back in. It needs to be trimmed and have edge protector stuff put on it. Also, the outside kitchen mini fridge is not working for some reason. I have not had time to figure out why.

Opposite the door side there is a large slide out u-shaped lounge with queen bed including overhead storage and two dining tables. You will find plenty of space for everyone when it comes to mealtime. Enjoy the entertainment center located across the room on the angled wall of the bathroom.

The bath features a radius shower, toilet, sink, and linen cabinet, plus a sliding pocket door that leads into the front master suite for added convenience.

The front bedroom provides a restful retreat with a comfortable queen size bed, nightstands and shirt closets on both sides, plus overhead cabinets for more storage. You will even find a large pass-through compartment on the exterior that is located beneath the front bedroom.

Back to the rear of the unit the bunkhouse is where you will likely find the kids. There is a jack-knife sofa slide with a bunk above on the right, and a set of bunk beds and storage on the left side. There's a TV between the two sides along the rear wall. The outside kitchen is where you will find the outdoor chef in the family, plus there is so much more to see!
